No, don’t thaw your pastelles!

1. Place frozen pastelles in boiling water for 30 minutes
2. Flip pastelles half-way through cooking to ensure that they are cooked evenly
3. Drain and let stand for 5 minutes
4. Remove foil, leaf wrapping and enjoy!
